ShortlistWatch is operated by Highpoint Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”).

This is a plain-language summary of what ShortlistWatch collects and why.

• What you enter: your domain, category, competitors, and prompts, used to run checks.
• Your email: to send your report, sign-in links, and weekly reports. Product updates only if you opt in.
• AI providers: prompts we generate are sent to AI providers (such as OpenAI) to get answers. We don’t send them your email.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Abuse prevention: we keep a hashed form of your IP address for rate limiting, for up to a day.

We don’t sell personal data. To delete your data, reply to any email from us or delete your products in the dashboard.
